Due to the perishable nature of our products (flowers , bouquets and gifts ) , we do not provide returns .
Refunds
Once your claim is verified and approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
Wrong or damaged product delivery
Failed delivery due to our error
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
The products would be delivered within 2 hours to the customer
